New rule

I saw that yesterday someone edited a whole bunch of pages with retarted content. I've now changed the rules of the wiki that you need to be registered to edit or create pages. Using proxies to bypass any bans will also be made impossible since we have a system that takes care of the proxy IP's and reverts them ... to your IP.
